My wife and I just closed on this property owned by Mr. Nathwani, our situation financially was difficult and through our entire process in securing this home, Mr. Nathwani has been extremely generous with his time and own finances to make sure the deal went through. We have been looking for a home for some time and actually lost a few, this house is exactly what we had in mind when we started looking. Most of the sellers we came into contact with refused to cooperate with the FHA standards and basically dismissed our requests. Mr. Nathwani however helped us much more than he had to. It was a real pleasure to have Mr. Nathwani as a seller through this entire process, buying a home was stressful for my wife and I, but it was an easy experience overall this time. Mr. Nathwani is a very generous person and I’m happy to have met him, thanks again!

I have known Mark for over 10 years now – initially as neighbors but more recently as firm friends and business partners.
